Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be confirmed through the online scheduling system. Please ensure your contact details are correct so you can receive appointment reminders and updates. We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. To reschedule, simply use the calendar for a new booking, or the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
